Tarosyn respects intellectual property rights. This page describes how to submit a DMCA take-down notice and our counter-notice process.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content on Tarosyn infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to [email protected] with the following information:
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on Tarosyn.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected]. Counter-notices must include your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
Repeat Infringers
Tarosyn will terminate accounts that are subject to repeat verified DMCA notices, in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512.
