End User License Agreement — Tarosyn

This End User License Agreement (EULA) governs your right to use the Tarosyn app and related software operated by Tarosyn LLC.

License Grant

Tarosyn LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Tarosyn app on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• You may not sublicense, rent, or transfer your licence rights.
• You may not use the app in violation of applicable law or our Acceptable Use Policy.
• You may not use automated tools to scrape or extract content at scale.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, AI-generated art, and platform features are the property of Tarosyn LLC or its licensors. Your readings and journal entries remain your own, subject to the licence you grant us in the Terms of Service.

Termination

This licence terminates automatically if you violate its terms or delete your account. Tarosyn LLC may also terminate the licence for breach of the Terms of Service.
