Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated May 31, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes conduct that is and is not permitted when using Tarosyn's application, website, APIs, and all associated features (collectively, the "Service"). It applies to every person who accesses or uses the Service — guests, free members, and subscribers alike. It is incorporated by reference into Tarosyn's Terms of Service.
1. prohibited conduct — overview
You may not use the Service in any way that harms others, degrades the platform, or violates applicable law. Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, permanent ban, and — where required — referral to law enforcement.
The categories below expand on what this means in practice. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive.
2. abuse & harassment
You may not:
Harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any person through any part of the Service Post or send content that demeans individuals based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or similar protected characteristics Dox — publish private information about another person without their consent Encourage or coordinate harassment campaigns against any individual or group Create accounts for the purpose of evading a ban or block Impersonate Tarosyn staff, moderators, or other users
Tarosyn is built to foster genuine connection and reflection. Hostile behaviour directed at any seeker has no place here.
3. spam & unsolicited communications
You may not:
Send bulk, automated, or repetitive messages or DMs to users who have not invited contact Use Circle messages, Chant posts, or comments to advertise external products, services, or websites without permission Create multiple accounts or use automated tooling to amplify your own content artificially Scrape the Service to harvest user data, contact information, or reading content Submit fabricated reports designed to flood the moderation queue
4. fraud & financial abuse
You may not:
Obtain Luna credits, premium access, or Reliquary items by misrepresenting a purchase or exploiting a billing error Attempt to duplicate, transfer, or resell Luna credits, subscription entitlements, or Vault items outside the mechanisms Tarosyn provides Use stolen payment methods or engage in chargebacks for services that were genuinely consumed Offer Tarosyn accounts, credits, or subscriptions for sale to third parties Exploit bugs or race conditions to mint value without a legitimate transaction — report those to our bug-bounty programme instead
5. illegal & harmful activities
You may not use the Service to facilitate, promote, or engage in any activity that is illegal under applicable law or that causes real-world harm. This includes but is not limited to:
Sexual content involving minors Human trafficking Sale of controlled substances Weapons trafficking Violence or self-harm incitement Fraud or identity theft Copyright infringement Money laundering Unlicensed financial advice
Content depicting or promoting any of the above will be removed and reported to appropriate authorities.
6. ai misuse & tarosyn-specific prohibitions
Tarosyn's AI features — readings, Oracle chat, Dream Interpreter, Mystic Personas, Photo Reading, and others — are tools for personal reflection, not professional advice systems. You may not:
Present AI-generated readings, horoscopes, or persona messages as professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice to yourself or others Use AI generation endpoints (readings, images, chat) through automated scripts, bots, or API abuse to generate bulk content or exhaust service capacity Attempt to manipulate AI output to produce content that violates this AUP — including hateful, deceptive, or harmful material — through prompt injection or jailbreaking Use Tarosyn-generated content (readings, Sanctuary cards, AI artwork) to train competing machine-learning models without written permission Represent AI-generated Celestial Children, Living Cards, or other generative artefacts as human-made artworks in commercial contexts without appropriate disclosure Share or publish another user's private reading, journal entry, or Oracle chat without their consent
Tarosyn's AI is intended to illuminate, not to replace qualified professionals. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
7. platform & security integrity
You may not:
Attempt to probe, scan, or test the security of any Tarosyn system, endpoint, or database without prior written authorisation (see our Bug Bounty programme for responsible disclosure) Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary algorithms Circumvent rate limits, feature gates, or age-verification mechanisms Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code into any part of the Service Use the Service to mount denial-of-service attacks or to stress-test external services through Tarosyn's proxy or fetch endpoints Intercept, monitor, or manipulate traffic between other users and the Service enforcement
Tarosyn moderators review every in-app report within 24 hours. Depending on severity, we may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:
Remove or hide the offending content Issue a warning and restrict specific features Suspend the account temporarily Permanently ban the account and associated payment methods — without refund Report the conduct to law enforcement where required by law or necessary to protect safety
Enforcement decisions are at Tarosyn's sole discretion. If you believe an action was taken in error, email [email protected] with relevant context.
reporting violations
Every piece of user-generated content on Tarosyn — Chant posts, comments, Circle messages, profiles — carries an in-app Report control. Use it to flag content that violates this AUP. You can also report a user's profile from their public page.
For urgent matters (imminent harm, CSAM, or law-enforcement requests) email us directly at [email protected].
See Community Guidelines for content standards See our Content Moderation Policy for the review & enforcement process changes to this policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
