High-Tier Access & Participation Terms

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing a Seer, Founder, or Angel tier. These terms supplement the general Terms & Conditions.

High-tier memberships (Seer, Founder, and Angel) are subscription services that provide expanded access to Tarosyn features and content. They are not securities, financial products, or offers of any kind.

No tier includes any form of equity, stock, or ownership stake No tier provides revenue sharing, profit participation, or financial returns No tier constitutes a partnership, joint venture, or co-ownership arrangement Purchase of any tier is not an act of financial commitment or venture capital what high tiers provide

High-tier memberships provide:

Expanded interpretive access and advanced symbolic insights Early access to new features and content Archive depth and premium content libraries Optional advisory-style interaction (Founder tier) Monthly virtual meetings with the Founder (Angel tier) Recognition within the Tarosyn community

All content is symbolic, reflective, and interpretive in nature. It is intended for personal insight and creative exploration only.

founder clothing bundle

Founder tier members who maintain 12 consecutive months of active subscription are eligible to receive the Official Tarosyn Founder Clothing Bundle. This benefit is subject to the following conditions:

The clothing bundle is shipped after the 12th consecutive month of an uninterrupted Founder subscription A valid shipping address must be confirmed before fulfillment can begin Bundle contents, design, and sizing options are determined by Tarosyn and may change Pausing, canceling, or downgrading and restarting the subscription resets the 12-month counter This is a physical product benefit, not a financial benefit; it confers no monetary value or equity advisory interactions (founder)

Founder tier members may be offered optional advisory interaction opportunities. These interactions are subject to the following:

Founder interaction is limited and scheduled at Tarosyn's discretion Advisory sessions are scheduled and discretionary, not guaranteed No fiduciary relationship is created by these interactions Feedback, ideas, or suggestions shared during sessions do not create obligations or guarantees of implementation Tarosyn retains full and sole control over all business and product decisions angel tier — monthly founder meetings

Angel tier members ($9,999/year) are offered monthly virtual meetings with the Founder. These interactions are subject to the following:

Meetings are scheduled at Tarosyn's sole discretion and provided on a best-effort basis Meeting format (video call, voice call, or async) may vary and is determined by Tarosyn Monthly meetings are a target cadence, not a guarantee; scheduling may be adjusted due to operational circumstances No fiduciary, advisory, or investment relationship is created by these meetings Ideas, feedback, or suggestions discussed do not create obligations or guarantees of implementation Tarosyn retains full and sole control over all business and product decisions refund policy for high tiers

Due to immediate access to premium digital content:

Refunds are not guaranteed for any tier Founder and Angel tier refund requests may be reviewed within 14 days of initial purchase After the 14-day review period, all sales are final App Store and Google Play purchases are subject to platform-specific refund policies content disclaimer

cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
