Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the Tarosyn application and services, operated by Tarosyn LLC ("Tarosyn," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. nature of the service

Tarosyn provides symbolic, interpretive, and reflective content — including tarot readings, horoscopes, numerology, and AI-generated spiritual insights — intended for personal contemplation and creative exploration only.

Tarosyn does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and does not guarantee any outcomes or results. Content generated by AI is symbolic and should not be relied upon for important life decisions.

2. user obligations

By using the Service you represent and agree that you will:

Provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it current. Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Meet the applicable minimum age requirement (at least 13; see §12 below). Comply with the spirit of our Community Guidelines as well as these Terms.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

3. prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

Post or transmit content that is illegal, hateful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful to minors. Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation. Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without our prior written consent. Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent security controls, rate limits, or access controls. Use automated tools (bots, scripts, macros) to abuse AI generation, messaging, or upload features. Use the Service to generate content designed to impersonate real individuals without their consent, or content that is illegal or harmful. Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Service except to the extent expressly permitted by law. Use Tarosyn content, deck artwork, or AI-generated outputs to train machine-learning models without our prior written permission. Sell, license, or sublicense access to the Service or your account to any third party.

Violations may result in content removal, feature limits, account suspension, or permanent termination without refund.

4. subscriptions & billing

Tarosyn offers the following tiers: Free, Seer ($21.99/month), Creator ($39.99/month), Founder ($99.99/month), and Angel ($9,999/year). Each tier provides varying levels of access; features may evolve over time.

Paid tiers are billed on a recurring basis as disclosed at purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund charges already collected.

App Store and Google Play purchases are subject to the respective platform's billing and refund policies.

5. free tier

The Free tier provides limited access to publicly available Tarosyn content. Features, limits, and availability may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.

6. founder & angel tiers

The Founder tier ($99.99/month) includes founder-level participation and optional advisory interaction. Members who maintain 12 consecutive months of active subscription are eligible to receive the Official Tarosyn Founder Clothing Bundle (shipped after address confirmation).

The Angel tier ($9,999/year) includes the highest level of access and monthly virtual meetings with the Founder, scheduled at Tarosyn's discretion on a best-effort basis.

Neither the Founder nor Angel tier represents an investment and neither includes equity, ownership, profit sharing, or financial returns. Participation and meetings are non-binding; no fiduciary relationship is created. All business decisions remain with Tarosyn LLC.

7. refund policy

Due to immediate access to digital content, refunds are not guaranteed. Founder and Angel tier refund requests may be reviewed within 14 days of purchase; after that period all sales are final. App Store and Google Play purchases are subject to platform refund policies.

8. user-generated content & moderation

Tarosyn includes user-generated content (Chant posts, comments, DMs, Circles, profile bios, uploaded images). You agree not to post objectionable content — including spam, harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, threats, self-harm encouragement, impersonation, or illegal material.

Reporting: Every piece of UGC includes a Report control. You may also report a user's profile from their public page, or email [email protected].

Blocking: Any user may block another from their profile. Blocked users cannot message you or appear in your feed.

24-Hour Moderation SLA: Our moderation team reviews every report within 24 hours and will remove offending content and/or ban abusive users as warranted. Decisions are at Tarosyn's sole discretion.

9. ugc ownership & license

You retain ownership of the original content you create on Tarosyn. By submitting content you grant Tarosyn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to make it visible to the audience you select (public, friends, circle members).

You represent that you have all rights necessary to share your content and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

10. ai-generated content

Tarosyn uses third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI) to generate readings, horoscopes, dream interpretations, persona messages, and images. AI output is symbolic and reflective only and is not professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Output may be inaccurate, generic, or unexpected; exercise independent judgment for important decisions.

You may not use Tarosyn to generate content that is illegal, harmful to minors, defamatory, or designed to impersonate real individuals without consent.

11. intellectual property

All Tarosyn content, systems, branding, deck artwork, and proprietary materials are the protected intellectual property of Tarosyn LLC. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use such materials to train machine-learning models without our prior written permission. The license granted in §9 above does not extend to Tarosyn's own intellectual property.

12. minors & age requirements

Tarosyn is rated 17+ on the Apple App Store. By using the Service you represent that you are at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required by your local law). We may suspend or delete accounts that we reasonably believe belong to underage users.

13. account termination & deletion

By you: You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account or by emailing [email protected]. Deletion removes or anonymizes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Cancellation of a paid subscription before account deletion stops future billing; any remaining access continues until the billing period ends.

By Tarosyn: We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, pose a risk to other users, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice where practicable. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including §§9, 11, 14, 15, and 16) will do so.

14. disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TAROSYN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TAROSYN LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TAROSYN IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

15. dispute resolution

Informal resolution: Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Arbitration (draft — pending legal review): Subject to applicable law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be submitted to binding individual arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Class actions and class arbitrations are waived to the extent permitted by law.

Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under your local law.

16. governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Tarosyn LLC is organized (jurisdiction to be confirmed pending legal review), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. For matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that state.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.

addendum: app store & google play

This addendum clarifies subscription disclosures required for Apple App Store and Google Play distribution. Auto-renewal terms, pricing, cancellation instructions, and non-guarantee statements are disclosed prior to purchase in compliance with platform guidelines.

plain-language summary for high tiers

High tiers provide expanded access and optional interaction. They do not include equity, ownership, or financial returns. Participation does not guarantee outcomes or influence decisions. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the billing period ends.
