Refund Policy — Tarosyn
This policy explains when and how refunds are granted for Tarosyn subscriptions, Luna credits, and in-app purchases.
App Store & Google Play Purchases
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by Apple's and Google's own refund policies. To request a refund, contact Apple or Google directly through their standard support channels. Tarosyn cannot override their decisions.
Web (Stripe) Subscriptions
For subscriptions purchased on the web via Stripe, refund requests must be made within 14 days of the charge. Email [email protected] with your account username and the charge details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Luna Credits
Luna credits purchased directly are non-refundable once used. Unused Luna credits from a subscription may be refunded at Tarosyn's discretion if a valid reason is provided within 14 days of purchase.
Exceptions
Tarosyn may, at its discretion, issue refunds outside these terms in exceptional circumstances such as verified billing errors or service outages.
